The clients wanted to make better use of their underutilised attic space by adding an extra bedroom and bathroom. The goal was to create a functional, comfortable, and modern living area that increased both space and property value.
The loft had limited headroom and poor insulation, making it unsuitable for regular use.
We reinforced the structure, installed Velux skylights for natural light, added insulation, and built a stylish en-suite bathroom — creating a warm, bright, and highly practical new living space.
