The clients wanted to refurbish their four-storey home to reflect a modern lifestyle while preserving its architectural charm. The goal was to create spacious, functional living areas with improved natural light, updated systems, and premium finishes — achieving both comfort and long-term property value.
Challenge
The original structure featured outdated interiors, inefficient heating, and limited natural light. Maintaining the building’s heritage features while upgrading to modern standards required detailed planning and precise craftsmanship.
Solution
Our team executed a comprehensive house refurbishment in Hampstead, including structural reinforcement, full electrical and plumbing upgrades, and new energy-efficient insulation. Bespoke joinery, marble surfaces, and engineered wood flooring were installed throughout. Original moldings, staircases, and bay windows were carefully restored to preserve period character. A rear glass extension was added to introduce natural light and enhance garden connectivity, creating a balance between traditional architecture and modern living.
